*The Family Suite has a four person limit. There is an additional charge of $10 per person for the third and fourth guests.

Guests under the age of 18 must have adult supervision. To ensure a restful stay for all our guests in our historic home, all children must be three years of age or older.
Check-In/Check-Out Time: Check-in time is between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Check-out is 11:00 AM. We are happy to store your luggage before check-in time and after check-out time as you explore the island.
Deposit: One-night stays require payment in full at time of booking. Stays of two or more nights require a 50% deposit at time of booking.
Cancellations: Cancellations received 14 days prior to your arrival will receive a refund of the deposit less a $25.00 processing fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to your arrival date may result in deposit forfeiture. Cancellations that are re-booked for a later date may be refunded in the form of a gift certificate.
