All rates are per night, based on double occupancy and include a continental breakfast. Room rates do not include 6% sales tax and 6% hotel fee.

We have a two person limit per room in our Queen Rooms and King Jacuzzi Suites.

Guests under the age of 18 must have adult supervision. To ensure a restful stay for all our guests in our historic home, all children must be three years of age or older.

Check-in/check-out time: Check-in time is between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Check-out is 11:00 AM. A storage space for luggage is available for early arrivals on check-out day.

Deposit: A deposit is required to secure your reservation in the amount of 50% of the entire stay.

Cancellations: Cancellations received 14 days prior to your arrival will receive a refund of the deposit less a $25.00 processing fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to your arrival date will result in deposit forfeiture.
